The training sessions suit various fitness levels and prioritize safety by emphasizing proper warm-ups, stretching, and practicing techniques at a comfortable pace. The program class format focuses on mind/body, flexibility, and balance training (Tai Chi) as well as forms and self-defense (Tang Soo Do and Tae Kwon Do).
